Project management effectively begins with the initial free consultation and continues through the project completion. We manage the project every step of the way starting with understanding the scope of work, conceptualizing, creating the design/mock-up, permitting, fabricating, assembling, and installing. We recently worked with SmugMug, Mountain View and completed the project successfully under tight deadlines. The work scope included –
–a) Removal of existing interior and exterior signs and discarding the signs offsite.
b) Fabrication of Interior Lobby Sign – 1/2” thick acrylic letters and logo per provided artwork, painted per provided color spec [Matthews polyurethane paint], to be installed with the standoffs.
c) Fabrication of Exterior Building Sign – 1/2” thick acrylic letters and logo per provided artwork. Painted per provided color spec [Matthews polyurethane paint]
d) Custom cut door Decals for glass doors and custom fabricated aluminum panel sign.
e) Permit procurement from the City of Mountain View, CA
f) The Installation of door decals, panel sign, interior and exterior signs.
